Our
Company
The
company was started in 1984 by Richard Lanning. We are a custom
home building company specializing in fine homes. However, we
do some light commercial building and speculative projects as
well.
Richard
Lanning, president of Richard Lanning Builders, Inc. was born
and raised in Waynesville, N.C. He is married with two grown children.
Richard has both Bachelors and Masters degrees from Western Carolina
University. He is a member of the National Association of Home
Builders. He is also a current member as well as a past president
of the Home Builders Association of Haywood County.
