“Before
I even had a chance to meet Richard and Jynks Lanning, I first
stopped by to see both my banker and the president of the biggest
building supplier in Haywood County. Without blinking an eye,
they both said, "You may have two houses that are the same
from the outside, but if I were you I would take the Lanning
built house every time." After living in a Lanning built home,
I now know why. Almost four years later, my wife Jennie and
I have never regretted for a second the first phone call to
Richard Lanning.

ask me about Richard, these are some of the facts I share: Richard
sets the benchmark in craftmanship and quality (he only used the
best materials and tradesmen.) Attention to detail is at the
top of his list, nothing is overlooked. And finally, Integrity.
If Richard says something will be done, bank on the job being done
right and done right the first time.
Since building
our home, we have had the privilege to become friends with the
Lannings and I can assure you the high personal values of
their family are as true as they come. My family is blessed to
have had them build our home and also to have made their friendship."
